This week we headed to sunny Blackpool for our Leadership and 'Strictly' Summer Social at the iconic Blackpool Tower. It was a fantastic day and great to see our SSF UK Leaders.
The day kicked off with introductions from SSF UK Director David Herd and some insights and history about The Blackpool Tower.
"Have you ever seen a LIVE transformation" was the question asked by Paresh Mistry, Founder and Managing Director of ROLABOTIC. What a great session delivered by Paresh exploring the core principles of what Transformation means, sharing ways we can evolve our transformation initiatives and then he delivered his live transformation to the group. The session sparked some great conversation and 'food for thought'.
Next we took everyone down to the Tower Ballroom to enjoy some mid morning tea and cake and watch the amazing dancers - waltzing round the floor whilst the famous Wurlitzer played. Im not sure if anyone knew what to expect but it was great to see everyone, networking and enjoying the entertainment.
The 3 course networking lunch back on the Fifth Floor provided everyone with the opportunity to network further and then we completed the day with drinks in the sunshine by the sea.
