Today we held our Leaders event and Summer Social on Wednesday 15th June at The Stanneylands, Wilmslow entitled "The Great Re-imagination: The best retention tool is your culture".
SSF UK Board Directors David Herd and Lisa Hooley kicked off with an interactive session asking the question what are you doing to make sure your people want to stick around?
It was great to welcome The Culture Guy Benjamin Drury with his keynote session entitled "Leading Human Businesses: Truly harnessing the Power of People and Culture". Benjamin discussed the 'whys' and the 'hows' of being deliberate in building and leading a people-centred culture.
With it being our first summer social since 2019 we enjoyed a lovely 3 course lunch out on the patio in the sunshine.
Thank you to everyone that joined us today it was great to see everyone in person and there was certainly plenty of networking, knowledge sharing, ideas to absorb and plenty to take away!!
