Mike spent his first 25 years in the World of Advertising, Sport Sponsorship, Content and Media. He moved from London to Singapore in 2008 to launch, build and run a sports and content agency within GroupM/WPP across APAC. In 2018 Mike moved to Bloomberg Media as APAC Regional Managing Director to run their commercial operations and just before COVID decided to make a significant career change, follow his purpose, and retrained as an Executive Coach and Senior Facilitator.
For the last 3 years Mike has worked for CDNA Consulting leading the Kellogg's, Google and now Heineken global business and has now returned to the UK after 16 years to focus on the company's European growth.

Emily is Chief Impact Officer at Wagestream where she leads on the scale-up’s work to tackle financial exclusion and build a more inclusive app that improves workers’ financial wellbeing.
The role brings together stakeholders across policy, public sector and the financial services sector - from running co-creation sessions with customers, through to leading an Impact Advisory Board. She also runs the company's programme of academic research in collaboration with leading think tanks and global universities.
Before joining Wagestream, Emily co-founded a social impact fintech, Touco Lab, which built financial services products for people with cognitive impairments using open banking technology. Touco was awarded grant funding from the Nationwide Open Banking for Good programme, and was accepted onto the Techstars accelerator programme.
