If I had to encapsulate my thoughts in one word, it would be “EXCELLENT”. We had an excellent venue over at HSS ProService in Trafford that set the perfect atmosphere for our gathering.
The content was outstanding, and the contributions from our members were nothing short of excellent. The conversations we had were engaging and insightful, adding immense value to the event and our community! We covered a lot during the day including how to design a our own set of KPI's:

The afternoon session on vendor master data created a brilliant group discussion as we took a deep dive into why it is so critical in our P2P processes. It was a truly insightful session as we unravelled the role of vendor master data and explored how we collect and maintain it across our member organisations, highlighting some of the challenges that can arise when it’s neglected.
Thank you to everyone that made the effort to travel to Manchester to join us, it was great to make some new connections and catch up with some familiar faces. We hope you all enjoyed the day and took something back to your teams.
