At the end of 2021, SSF UK collaborated with Durham University on an exciting research project, focused on the identification of effective communication channels to unlock employees’ voice and highlighting ways in which technology supports effective collaboration in the workplace.
Many of our members participated in the survey to help share their experiences and gather data to support the research – and we are excited to let you all know that the research has now been published!
