After an inspiring visit to Esker’s Head Office in Derby, packed with brainstorming, big ideas and future‑focused thinking, we are thrilled to reveal a brand‑new collaborative concept for 2026. For the first time, we are combining our Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) networks into a one‑off, high‑impact joint event taking place on September 22nd at member organisation HSS ProService in Manchester.
The event will bring together SSF UK members working across both cycles to explore how P2P and O2C connect, influence one another, and ultimately shape wider business performance. Rather than approaching each function in isolation, we will explore the full end‑to‑end journey, from suppliers to customers, highlighting where collaboration, shared insight and stronger communication can drive meaningful impact.
Through interactive discussion and peer‑led exploration, members will dive into shared challenges, mirrored frustrations and opportunities to work more effectively across the full financial flow. The agenda will shine a light on where processes commonly break down, how upstream decisions influence downstream outcomes, and why understanding the full supplier‑to‑customer journey is essential for building stronger, more resilient operations.
Esker will bring expert insight into how data, process design, technology and digital tools can support better alignment and enhance performance across both cycles. Their contribution will highlight the increasingly vital role of intelligent automation in creating seamless end‑to‑end financial processes.
The session is designed to equip members with a clearer understanding of:
This event offers a rare opportunity for members to step back from day‑to‑day operations and view their processes through a single, integrated lens, gaining insight not just into “their side of the fence,” but into how the entire financial ecosystem operates as a connected whole.
We look forward to sharing more details, themes and agenda highlights in the coming months!!
