This week we talk with Suzanne Beech, Marketing Director at Datagraphic and a sponsor of our forthcoming Annual Conference.
Suzanne, Datagraphic will be attending our conference for the first time this year, can you share a little as to why you took up this opportunity?
Certainly. Earlier this year I was lucky enough to attend some of your networking events as a guest. It was such a fantastic learning experience for me.
I’d wrestled for a while with how best to present the document automation and digital transformation services we provide: as they’re very different to other options on the market. It was so useful to listen to the challenges your members face with their digital and automation strategies. I took away lots of their advice: some of which I implemented instantly!
From those early meetings, I knew we could work together. Everyone I spoke to had such great things to say about the conference it seemed a logical place to start.
How do you maximise your sponsorship with SSFUK?
As a new sponsor, we’ve only worked with members in a limited way so far, but I hope we’ve made a good first impression. We try hard to be a good partner to our customers and I want to demonstrate that to your members.
One area where I was pleased to help, was with your payroll network earlier this year. You’d lined up a great venue at Freshfields in Manchester but needed some inspiring topics and speakers. I was able to provide a knowledge sharing session on digital employee communications and enlist my good friends at the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) to speak on the Future of Payroll and payroll legislation. The feedback was very positive.
I want to continue to develop this partnership approach. Naturally we’re keen to do business with your members, but we take a long term view.
We share lots of resources on digital transformation and document automation via our website and our ‘Aceni’ showcase page on LinkedIn. I want your members to have the knowledge they need to make the best decisions and know we’re capable of supporting them when the time is right to work together.
So what do you have planned for the conference?
Oh, where to start, there is so much to tell. We know Shared Service Centre leaders are passionate about digital transformation and document automation, but navigating the wealth of ever changing technology options can be a minefield. We’ve got a saying at Datagraphic ‘Think big, start small’ and we’ll explain this concept in more detail to your delegates.
We’ll also be demonstrating our Aceni suite of applications, that effectively extend how data - from tried and trusted company systems - can be presented in print and digitally to customers, employees and suppliers without lengthy or costly software change projects.
We’ll be sharing success stories from our work with some great UK businesses too. There’s lots to learn from the success and failure of others and a wide range of examples from transforming how employees view HR and Payroll information to automating production of financial documents. We’ll also demonstrate how to test and track multiple channel (print and digital) document delivery for the most impact.
We’ve got a nice little give away for technology fans too, but I’ll say no more on this until the conference.
How can members who are not attending the conference find out more?
You mean there are members not attending the conference!
We’re really active on social media and have a comprehensive news and resources section on our website www.datagraphic.co.uk where we share free white papers, case studies and post invitations to webinars. We’re also quite old fashioned in some senses that we like talking to people. One conversation can often answer questions that would take a dozen emails, so if any member wants to talk my number is 01246 543010.
