I am thrilled to share that yesterday's GSS Team Wellbeing Day at Matchworks was a resounding success!
Our highlights of the Day:
GSS Local Charities: We had the pleasure of hosting our local charities who shared inspiring stories about their work and how we can support and raise vital funds for their causes.
Reiki Treatments: A big thank you to Ananda Satori, a local company that provided rejuvenating reiki treatments to our teams, helping everyone feel relaxed and revitalised.
Yoga and Sound Bath: Our local yoga studio Your Yoga Liverpool led an invigorating yoga session followed by a soothing sound bath, and we finished off with a calming meditation session. It was a perfect blend of physical and mental relaxation.
CRUK Nurses: Our dedicated CRUK nurses were on hand to offer one-on-one advice and information on spotting the early signs of cancer, providing invaluable support and knowledge to our teams.
The energy and enthusiasm from everyone who participated was amazing. These activities not only promoted our wellbeing but also strengthened our sense of community and support for one another.
