So much excellent content coming through this week!! I had such a busy day yesterday, I thought I would get up early and recap on all this morning. So, sitting here with a brew watching the video's from the team at Central England Co-op and the differences and improvements they have made since implementing the PWC Perform system. Huddles work, the communication they generate at the start of the day equips the team with the information they need to perform their roles well. I see it all the time when I wear my other hat as a CICMQ assessor, excellent and well worth a watch (and read). Thanks for contributing, Hazel, Scott and the team.
Another great webinar from Edit started my day yesterday, ('m going to miss these next week!) I've been a mentor and a mentee, the latter helping me in my career development and the former giving me immense satisfaction when I see my students pass their exams or members of my team do well. It got me thinking too that we are all peer mentors within SSF UK, helping each other and sharing the knowledge.
