In this webinar, Melanie and Chris will explore the impact that lockdown will have had on our people from a psychological and mental health perspective and the factors that will need to be considered in managing them back into work. They will also discuss the impact of cultural shifts such as on-line meetings and working from home. The conversation will then turn to the practicalities of what we can be doing now - in terms of investment in our people and businesses, as well as how to create a coherent plan that will incorporate potential shifts in markets, competitors and clients.
