As shared services continues to evolve under increasing pressure, complexity and change, many of our members are asking the same questions: Where do we sit? What does good really look like? And how do we know where to focus next?
With that said we are excited to share that SSF UK is working in collaboration with Protiviti to deliver a new, shared services community-wide benchmarking programme exploring the finance processes across our member organisations.
This new programme is being designed specifically to help answer those questions with confidence, and we are in the process of designing a structured survey and analysis process to generate robust, data-driven insight into the performance and maturity of shared services operations across our SSF UK community. By drawing on real input from our member organisations, it will help surface common challenges, strengths and emerging trends, providing clarity in an often-complex landscape.
Collaborating with Protiviti enables us to combine trusted expertise with a deep understanding of the shared services community, ensuring the programme is practical, relevant and member-focused. The collaboration reflects our continued commitment to delivering insight that members can genuinely use, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across shared services.
