From practitioner networks and online learning sessions to our flagship Annual Conference and Future Vision Awards, the remainder of 2026 is packed with opportunities for shared learning, collaboration and networking.

The month begins with our Online Order to Cash Network Event on July 9th, bringing together practitioners to explore mailbox management, customer portals and automation, alongside member insight from Cadent and industry expertise from Paraglide AI.
On July 16th, our growing Public Sector Network comes together in Manchester, hosted by DWF. The event will explore process mining, artificial intelligence and transformation within shared services, with contributions from DWF, the Metropolitan Police and the UK Ministry of Defence.
The month concludes with our next Knowledge is Power Virtual Symposium on July 21st, where members will come together for an open discussion on organisational design and how shared services functions are evolving across different organisations.
Following our summer break, we return with a series of focused online sessions designed to help members stay connected to the latest trends, challenges and opportunities across the profession.

Our September Leaders Event taking place online on September 16th will explore Leading Through the Messy Middle: Riding the Pace of Change, recognising the challenges leaders face as organisations continue to evolve and transform.
Members will also have the opportunity to join us in person at Culina Group Limited in Warrington for our joint Source to Pay and Order to Cash network event, Connecting the Dots: S2P and O2C Through One Lens on September 22nd,
Our flagship event of the year, the SSF UK Annual Conference, returns to Emirates Old Trafford on 11th and 12th November.
Over two days, members will have access to keynote speakers, practitioner-led discussions, networking opportunities, workshops and thought leadership sessions covering the topics shaping the future of shared services.
The event will also host the prestigious Future Vision Awards, celebrating excellence, innovation and achievement across the shared services profession.
We will round off the year with our Winter Social Leaders Event on 2 December, providing another opportunity for senior leaders to connect, reflect and continue building relationships across the community.
