Please can the leader from each organisation complete the registration form with their details and those of their chosen 4 attendees and your preferred network session for day 1. (Please note network sessions are limited to 2 members per organisation, per any one network session).
Please could the leader confirm if they will be attending the awards dinner and if they would like to purchase additional tickets.

Additional tickets are subject to availability at £75 plus VAT for the awards dinner and £250 plus VAT for day 2
