We are delighted to announce Nicole Green, Operational Lead of Corporate Tax at BDO LLP as our new Co-Chair for the Digital & Operational Excellence network!!
Starting her career on a traditional accountancy route, Nicole built up technical industry experience alongside a passion for providing exceptional client service to a portfolio of small to medium sized businesses in the UK across various sectors. Within BDO, Nicole has been responsible for overseeing the operations of the BR Finance team responsible for providing national accounting and treasury services and is currently overseeing the multi-site Corporate Tax team based across Liverpool and Glasgow who provide national tax compliance services. Nicole’s operational roles in BDO have required her to drive operational excellence and transformation, orchestrate business optimisation and technological change projects, strategise internal processes, manage national stakeholder relationships and embed a challenging yet rewarding culture in which people can thrive.
Nicole is extremely passionate about providing high quality operational service delivery through an innovative and client centric mindset and emphasises the importance of Shared Service Centres remaining aligned with the strategy of their wider business to ensure SSC value is solidified throughout ongoing digital disruption and evolution in the industry. Nicole endeavours to undergo continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence, leveraging technology to increase efficiency, produce insightful data to allow for effective reporting and maximise commercial performance.
Outside of work Nicole loves to spend time outdoors walking or hiking on her weekends and spending time with family. She is a big animal lover and is taking part in an upcoming sponsored hike up Mount Snowdon with Animals Asia.
