Excellent day spent at Amey Group Shared Services supporting their Group Shared Services Mental Health and Wellbeing Week. There were a variety of guest speakers exhibiting and running sessions, to help us understand and experience mental health challenges from a variety of perspectives. Fantastic insightful sessions from Wirral Mind, Cancer Research UK, Alfie's Squad, The Woodlands Hospice and The White Chapel Centre.
They also had a variety of wellness activities for everyone to get involved in including yoga and reiki.
It was a really insightful day, huge thank you to David Herd, Rachel Rowan and Amey for inviting us, it was really good to discover the benefits of prioritising wellness in the workplace and we took so much away with us..
