At SSF UK, our members are at the heart of everything we do.
Over the years, we've focused on creating opportunities for our community to connect, learn and grow through networking, knowledge sharing and professional development. However, we also recognise that the pace of change across shared services and business services continues to accelerate.
From digital transformation and AI to changing operating models, increasing expectations and ongoing uncertainty, the demands being placed on both leaders and their teams have never been greater.
That's why we're delighted to share that we have been working with On Wellbeing on a new wellbeing initiative that will soon be launching across the SSF UK community.
On Wellbeing is a science-led platform created by behavioural and mental wellbeing experts, designed to help individuals build practical skills and strategies that support resilience, wellbeing and personal growth. Rather than focusing solely on awareness, the platform aims to help people develop lasting habits and skills that can support them both professionally and personally.
Our core values of Community, Leadership and Evolution sit at the heart of SSF UK. That's why we are committed to supporting the wellbeing and resilience of our members, helping people thrive both professionally and personally.
This new collaboration forms part of our ongoing commitment to delivering meaningful benefits that support our members beyond professional development alone, helping individuals, leaders and organisations thrive in an increasingly complex and fast-moving environment.
World Mental Health Day provides the perfect opportunity for us to reinforce the importance of wellbeing, resilience and mental fitness within our community, and we are excited to introduce this new offering as part of that commitment.
We'll be sharing more information about the platform, how it works and how members can access it over the coming weeks.
We are incredibly excited about this collaboration and look forward to bringing this new wellbeing initiative to the SSF UK community
