We are exciting to announce and welcome Leanne Chapman, Project & Continuous Improvement Lead at Hallmark Cards as our new Co-Chair of the Digital & Operational Excellence Network.
Leanne loves improvement and feels lucky enough to do this as a job, creating and leading the Operational Excellence programme as part of the senior leadership team in ISSC! Seeing people happy makes her happ. Leanne is very enthusiastic when driving change, one way she has succeeded in doing this is by delivering change and improvements through collaborative working. Additionally she is passionate about bringing like-minded people together to share experiences and learn from one another while building stronger relationships.
Leanne is very driven and a keen learner and has also been recognised at board level for her improvement approach and results by being awarded the rising star award in 2017 from the second largest carrier in the UK from a pick of over 5000 employees.
Leanne will be attending the next network event in May to introduce herself to everyone and will be taking over the reigns as Network Chair from September, alongside our other new Network Chair Samantha Ryan, from Yorkshire Water Services. We are really looking forward to having you as part of the SSF UK Team.
