Business Stream, one of the largest retailers in the UK water market, won a Silver Award at the European Contact Centre and Customer Services Awards (ECCCSAs) on the 16th March 2021.
The retailer won the award in the ‘Most Effective Improvement Programme’ category, which recognises businesses who have implemented a change in their process that has delivered significant improvements in either the customer journey or the customer service operation. Business Stream’s entry focused on the delivery of their ‘Single-Site Onboarding Journey’, which they introduced to help deliver a seamless and pro-active onboarding experience for new customers.
Commenting on the award win, Ann-Marie Stagg, Chair of the Judges, ECCCSA, stated “Winning an ECCCSA is something Business Stream can be very proud of. They have been through a vigorous judging process, meeting highly experienced judges that can recognise ‘the best’ from our industry. Congratulations!”
The ECCCSAs are the largest awards of its kind within the industry. This year they received entries from 26 countries competing across 36 categories, with over 2,000 people attending the Virtual Awards Evening.
